We are a developer with an in-house construction arm, bringing together 34 years of experience in construction, with 21 years of experience in property development.
Follows through the success of its first phase, 20 units of 2 storey semi D homes under its Phase 2 has also been successfully completed with CCC in 2025 marking the expansion of this township spreading on a 75 acres piece of land, with more upcoming phases in planning.
EH Property introduced Alinea SOHO a stylish, transit oriented development near LRT and city conveniences, comprises of 480 units of SOHO, the project was completed with CCC in 2024.
ARI Permaisuri further expand its development with the introduction of Ixora Residence, a 43 storey condominium comprises of 321 units, which has completed with CCC in 2025.
Launch of Taman Emas 2, a 9.9-acre freehold housing development next to Taman Emas 1.
Launch of ARI Permaisuri and 2 of its towers: Akasia and Rumbia. This high-rise condominium on 8.05 acres of land in Kuala Lumpur is our first project to feature the Building Information Modelling (BIM) process.
Launch of E Residence, a 40.5-acre township in Telipok, Sabah. It is known as the group’s pilot Industrialised Building System (IBS) in-house project.
